For deliveries between 6 pm to 9 pm, place your order before 4 am on the same day or earlier. Orders that are placed on weekends such as Saturdays, Sundays, or any other holidays, are executed between 2 pm to 6 pm on the next business day.
If you want your order to be delivered on holidays or Saturdays, Sundays, you will be required to pay an extra $10 to $20 for shipping services. Also, deliveries to Jurong Island will cost you $20 extra while to Sentosa will cost you about $10 in addition.
The Joaquim Florist gives you a guarantee that your flowers will be fresh at the time of delivery without any issues. If a customer needs to exchange the flowers due to some reason, they have the option to call the office and talk to the personnel of customer support staff.
